一 |     LANSING, Mich. -- A Michigan Republican accused of participating in a fake elector plot had all criminal charges dropped Thursday after he and the state Attorney General's office reached a cooperation deal. The defendant, James Renner, was one of 16 Republicans who investigators say met following the 2020 presidential election and signed a document falsely stating they were the state’s “duly elected and qualified electors.” Michigan was one of seven states where supporters of then-President Donald Trump signed certificates that falsely stated he won their states.President Joe Biden won Michigan by nearly 155,000 votes, a result confirmed by a GOP-led state Senate investigation in 2021.In July, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced that each of the 16 would face eight criminal charges, including multiple counts of forgery. All 16 had pleaded not guilty.But on Thursday, the attorney general's office announced during a court hearing in Ingham County that it would be dropping its case against Renner, 77, based on “an agreement between the parties.” Renner's lawyer, Clint Westbrook, said in court that he and his client welcomed the result. Westbrook did not immediately return a phone call seeking further comment on the agreement. In a statement, the state Attorney General's office said they dismissed the case Renner case under a cooperation agreement but did not elaborate on the deal. The dropped charges come after Nessel, a Democrat, told a liberal group during a virtual event that the false electors had been “brainwashed” and believed Trump won in Michigan. 二 | 稀完后，产量均衡一些，果品品质有明显提升。”          张铁友的老家在连山区塔山乡盘道沟村，上个世纪九十年代，当地一些老品种果树受自然灾害影响，死了不少，产量低，卖不上好价钱。为此，村民种植桃树的积极性不高。时任村主任的张铁东看在眼里，记在心上，他决定到多地走走，看看有什么好的品种适合在当地种植。         “2005年，我去丹东、潍坊考察，水果品种倒不少，但就是没有中意的。后来到了昌黎，当地的晚蜜桃引起了我的兴趣。究其原因，就是这个品种适宜种在丘陵地带，且沙土地，透气性好。碰巧，盘道沟村多是这样的地块。另外，收获的时间在9月末至10月中旬，那会儿，河北、山东、辽南等地市场上的鲜桃很少见，晚蜜桃可以说是‘皇帝女儿不愁嫁’，市场前景非常好。”现在已是村支书的张铁东回忆说。         张铁东让种植户育了2000株苗，2006年，他家栽了275株晚蜜桃苗木，亲戚朋友家将剩余的都试栽了。

三 | 2008年，他们经过悉心侍弄，收成不错。

四 | “村民都持观望态度。

五 | 行动是最好的语言，只有现身说法，才能提高村民种植晚蜜桃的积极性。到市场上去卖时，5元多一斤，非常抢手，当年晚蜜桃收入5万多元，比传统农业强多了。”          图为种植户在晚蜜桃树旁“稀果”。                   村民的种植热情一下子被点燃。

六 | 2009年，张铁东与9名村民到昌黎考察，学习种植技术，交流管理经验。此后，陆续有多家农户加入其中。

七 | 时至今日，该村365户都种植晚蜜桃，面积近7000亩，产量两千万公斤，年产值4000万元左右。         “我家40多亩桃园，我像对待自家的孩子一样侍弄，桃树长得好，去年产量不错，品质极佳，连浙江的客户都来收购，收入35万余元。今年的长势也不错，达到40万元不成问题，日子越来越红火。”张铁友说。         为了便于管理，村里成立了合作社，采取“合作社+农户”的方式，购销平台、经验技术、市场风向等信息所有种植户共享。同时，为了提高市场竞争力，村干部经常到桃园里实地查看，哪家的树龄老了，该更新换代了；哪家的桃树犯病了，赶快请专家来……张铁东说，只要将老百姓的“家里事儿”落实到实处，没有“开不好的花儿”，没有“结不好的果”。

八 |          “盘道沟晚蜜桃连续五年获评省名优农产品，成了塔山乡一张名片，同时，也是老百姓的‘摇钱树’。乡党委政府不遗余力地当好参谋、助手，为种植户提供及时、暖心的服务，并不断优化营商环境，让产业进一步延伸，吸引更多的游客来赏花、采摘、吃住，提高村民收入，助力乡村振兴。”塔山乡乡长赵奇说。
